The Free class is a relaxed, slowed down class, covering body movement, isolation,
a slow break down of the main basic steps, turns and spins and timing. Before the end
You are now ready for the main Beginner Cuban salsa class!
this class is followed on by the main Cuban Salsa Beginner class (Levels I & II) and
Salsa Improver/Intermediate (Cuban/Rueda) class, with free after class social dancing.
we recommend all students do the Free Salsa Class first,
so we don’t have to repeat the same steps over.

BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
Our open workshop format allows students to attend any class at anytime.
We run two main salsa classes on Wednesday nights with social dancing in between and after.

MAIN CLASS #1: Beginner Cuban Salsa

MAIN CLASS #2: Cuban Salsa Intermediate
9.15pm – 10.15pm
(CUBAN SALSA/RUEDA)
Ideal for students who are confident with their beginner level steps and turns.
This level will take you to the next level and extend your salsa skills
with new steps and more complex couple patterns, turns and footwork

We run 1 free class and 2 x one hour main classes per night
Dance Card holders – only $5 for extra salsa class on the night

WHAT TO WEAR
Comfortable, lose-fit clothing recommended.
Wear shoes that does not have too much grip on the sole
such as smooth leather sole shoes as you will be learning turns and spins.
Avoid using track shoes or tennis shoes as these are made to grip the floor.
For ladies, flat or low heel shoes, avoid open toe shoes.
NO high heels especially when you are just starting to learn.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please consult with your doctor before taking Salsa classes
if you have breathing problems, heart conditions, knee, shoulder or back injuries
or are taking prescribed medication that may effect your health.
